Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptographic infrastructure
- Develop roadmaps for quantum acceleration in AI and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-qubit coherence and error correction
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies including photonic and topological computing
- Present quantum infrastructure strategies to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms and fault-tolerant design
- Proven track record of scaling complex computational infrastructures
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and optimization techniques
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (e.g., NIST IR 8100)
