Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits using Q# and Qiskit frameworks
- Collaborate with physicists to translate quantum hardware capabilities into software solutions
- Optimize quantum code for performance on superconducting and photonic processors
- Create quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for enterprise clients
- Lead open-source contributions to quantum development libraries
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 3+ years of quantum software experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
