Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, robust, and secure AI architectures capable of evolving with the 2026 technology landscape.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Neuromorphic Computing and Quantum Machine Learning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of large language models and neural networks to ensure peak performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the AI division, aligning development goals with long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies before they become mainstream.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading high-stakes technical presentations.
