Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architecture for our proprietary 2026 protocol stack.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct research and development to integrate emerging technologies, such as quantum-ready algorithms and advanced neural networks.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, and establish best practices for scalability and security.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current systems and architect solutions that ensure 99.99% uptime and sub-millisecond latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and data scientists to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, API specifications, and architectural diagrams for global teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or C++; experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated experience in implementing AI/ML models into production environments and a deep understanding of Web3 or decentralized systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
