Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning AI, quantum computing, and advanced software architecture with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AGI, advanced VR/AR, autonomous systems) into our current development cycles.
- System Architecture: Oversee the design of scalable, cloud-native systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and security protocols.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct rigorous stress testing and scenario planning to ensure infrastructure stability against future technological disruptions.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Trend Analysis: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and successfully implementing forward-looking solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with AI/ML orchestration tools.
