Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the conceptualization and execution of the company's long-term technology roadmap, specifically targeting the standards and capabilities required by the year 2026.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical architecture with business goals, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced IoT) into existing frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Roadmap Governance: Oversee the lifecycle of major architectural projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, clients, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and modern programming languages.
- Strategic Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and prepare infrastructure for future shifts (e.g., 2026 standards).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
