Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance software systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and implement microservices architectures that support real-time data processing and AI model integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to security and performance standards.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including quantum computing concepts and advanced neural interfaces.
- Oversee the deployment of infrastructure using cloud-native technologies and containerization.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Proven expertise in designing distributed systems and high-availability platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving project delivery.
