Your Mission:

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to outline the technology vision, goals, and milestones for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems.
- Tech Scouting: Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Legacy Modernization: Spearhead the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud and AI-native architectures.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate strategic goals into technical execution.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or AI development.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business implications.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performance engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
