Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architectural frameworks specifically tailored for the technological landscape of 2026, including advanced AI integration and edge computing.
- Lead Spatial Computing Initiatives: Spearhead the development of immersive web and mobile experiences using AR/VR technologies, ensuring seamless cross-device compatibility.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Oversee the deployment of next-generation LLMs and predictive analytics models to drive product intelligence and automation.
- Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data in an increasingly decentralized web environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing complex technical projects.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or C++ with a strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Future-Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI, Spatial Computing (WebXR), and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A track record of solving high-impact problems and driving innovation in fast-paced environments.
