Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale machine learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns for the engineering team.
- Optimize existing systems for high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end AI systems serving millions of users.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
