Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Systems: Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of processing exabyte-scale datasets.
- AGI Research: Lead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and optimize model accuracy for real-time deployment on edge devices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for our AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying production-ready models, specifically in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex systems and optimize performance under strict latency constraints.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
