Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of advanced deep learning models, including transformers and reinforcement learning agents.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize resource utilization for large-scale deployment.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring seamless model deployment and monitoring.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and safety.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) using Kubernetes and serverless technologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
