Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement the core architecture for the 2026 Horizon AI suite, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including quantum machine learning and brain-computer interfaces.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines for AI deployment, ensuring our systems align with global safety standards.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the next decade.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of current technology.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
