Responsibilities
- Design and implement core algorithms for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on scalability and ethical AI integration.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to drive R&D milestones.
- Define the technical architecture for next-generation neural networks and predictive modeling systems.
- Ensure system robustness, security, and compliance with international AI regulations.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and investors to secure funding and buy-in.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models before deployment in production environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their application to AI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
