- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research into cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Quantum Machine Learning.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the AI division.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency, improve model accuracy, and optimize inference costs for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to lead large-scale technical transformations and define long-term product roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing high-performing engineering teams and driving cross-functional projects.
