Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI/ML architectures for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (LLMs, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics) to prepare for the 2026 tech stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end machine learning solutions.
- Experience with MLOps and model versioning tools (MLflow, Seldon).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
