Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design and development of the '2026 Core' neural framework, ensuring scalability and performance for next-gen AI models.
- Integrate quantum computing algorithms into existing deep learning pipelines to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead a high-performance team of 10+ engineers, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements and translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for deployment, security, and data integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AGI advancements and emerging hardware accelerators.
- Optimize large-scale data processing systems to support real-time inference capabilities.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum machine learning is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required due to project security clearance.
