Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures tailored for 2026 enterprise demands.
- Lead cross-functional teams in research and development of next-gen machine learning models.
- Establish robust ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for autonomous systems.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for high-performance computing and real-time data processing.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at scale in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with blockchain integration and decentralized AI protocols is a major plus.
