Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI/ML infrastructure for the 2026 product suite.
- Scalability Strategy: Define technical strategies for scaling machine learning models to handle millions of concurrent users and petabytes of data.
- Innovation & Research: Drive innovation in Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Optimization: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of models to ensure high availability and performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in a production environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex project lifecycles and driving architectural decisions.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
