Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI and machine learning architectures aligned with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core products.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models and infrastructure to improve performance, reduce latency, and lower costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
- Proof of Concepts: Lead the development of high-fidelity prototypes to validate new AI technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive solutions.
