Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum algorithms with classical machine learning systems.
- Optimize large-scale data pipelines for real-time processing and inference.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the engineering department.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or Systems Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
