Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure tailored for 2026 and beyond, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive models, natural language processing, and generative AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethics in AI, and model explainability.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies such as Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and big data processing.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
