Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Ecosystem: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling billions of requests per day.
- Lead Generative AI Strategy: Spearhead the development and integration of state-of-the-art LLMs, ensuring ethical guidelines and safety protocols are met.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Roadmap Execution: Define technical milestones for the 2026 product launch, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
- Optimization & Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency across cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures.
- Technical Stack: Extensive expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience deploying and managing ML workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and drive technical strategy from concept to deployment.
