Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance Generative AI models (LLMs) using PyTorch and Rust.
- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows that enable autonomous problem-solving and tool usage.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token costs by 40% through advanced quantization and pruning.
- Lead the research and implementation of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Constitutional AI.
- Establish rigorous safety and alignment protocols to ensure AI outputs are ethical and reliable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic roadmaps into production-ready code.
- Mentor a team of junior ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with 2+ years specifically in Generative AI or LLMs.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven track record of fine-tuning or pre-training large-scale language models on proprietary datasets.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-availability architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with multi-modal AI (Vision-Language Models) is a major plus.
