Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure to support future growth and 2026 product roadmaps.
- Lead the research, development, and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Design high-performance inference pipelines to reduce latency and operational costs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define technical requirements and architecture standards.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in Machine Learning and AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Proven experience deploying and managing LLMs in production environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
