Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure to support 2026 roadmap goals.
- Lead the end-to-end development of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion models).
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments at scale.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
