In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical neural network research and production-grade software engineering. You will define the architecture that powers the next generation of autonomous agents, ensuring scalability, safety, and unprecedented performance.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and LLM orchestration systems.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in quantization, pruning, and distillation to deploy massive models on edge devices with minimal latency.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (Neuromorphic computing, Quantum-ready algorithms) for the 2026 product cycle.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to translate research prototypes into robust production APIs.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior AI engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience with multimodal AI, agent-based workflows, and prompt engineering at scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
