Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI 2.0 infrastructure designed for 2026 performance standards.
- Lead the research and implementation of autonomous agent frameworks capable of complex decision-making.
- Define the technical vision for Ethical AI and responsible deployment of large-scale models.
- Mentor a high-performing team of ML Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and model training pipelines.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning strategies, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for the future of technology.
