Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, distributed ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- AGI Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap and milestones to achieve full AGI capability by the target year of 2026.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of deep learning models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Research Leadership: Stay at the forefront of AI research, integrating state-of-the-art findings into our production pipelines.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
