Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Spearhead the design of scalable AI architectures and deep learning pipelines tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to drive innovation.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous, high-level architectural problems.
