Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI solutions that align with 2026 technology standards and scalability requirements.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and AI safety protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for future AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with MLOps tools and methodologies (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
