Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural networks designed for the 2026 era, focusing on generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Machine Learning frameworks and optimization techniques.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion to production deployment.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable, market-ready products.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a focus on LLMs, Transformers, and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-availability architecture, and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
