Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines and AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists in designing novel neural architectures.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model explainability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology remains competitive in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure, hardware acceleration, and algorithmic efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and implementing large-scale AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
