We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to define the future of machine intelligence. You will lead a team of elite engineers in deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) that power our enterprise solutions.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our models are scalable, efficient, and ethically sound.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-throughput LLM inference pipelines using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategy for proprietary data domains.
- Optimize model latency and token costs to ensure cost-effective production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into complex software ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and data governance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced deep learning architectures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and prompt engineering.
- Experience deploying models on Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker, or Google Cloud AI.
- Strong background in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization theory.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
