Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for autonomous systems and generative AI.
- Lead research initiatives focused on scaling Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory usage for edge computing environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong mathematical foundation in Linear Algebra, Calculus, Probability, and Statistics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Passion for ethical AI and creating responsible, explainable AI systems.
