Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for next-generation autonomous systems.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers in R&D.
- Optimize existing neural networks for inference speed and energy efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring for junior staff.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience designing microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
