Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and large language models (LLMs) for production environments.
- Optimization: Lead efforts in model training, fine-tuning, and optimization to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research by exploring new methodologies, papers, and technologies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into our core products.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure: Manage the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model serving.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of shipping production-level AI applications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Ray) is highly desirable.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
