Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning models and AI infrastructure using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, API specs, and model architecture diagrams for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, specifically within AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and a track record of shipping high-quality software rapidly.
