Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data engineering to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for improved accuracy, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, researching and evaluating new technologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in previous engineering roles.
