The Role

Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable machine learning architectures capable of evolving with the demands of the 2026 tech landscape.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of advanced algorithms, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine and optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.

- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
