Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using Python and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to define AI requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed and accuracy, ensuring high performance in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to validate performance and drive business metrics.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
