Role Overview
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying scalable machine learning models that drive our core product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced deep learning architectures for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reproducibility and deployment.
- Conduct research on novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends and benchmarks.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and select appropriate datasets and tools to maximize model performance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer models, fine-tuning strategies, and LLMs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
