Responsibilities
- Lead the research and deployment of large-scale generative models (LLMs, Diffusion, Transformers).
- Architect high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines serving millions of requests.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Establish best practices for model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Drive technical strategy for the '2026' AI roadmap, focusing on safety and alignment.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, AWS SageMaker).
