Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Establish MLOps pipelines to automate model training, validation, and deployment processes.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact ML systems to production.
