Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and deploy large-scale machine learning pipelines capable of handling real-time data ingestion and processing at enterprise scale.
- Lead Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems for specific vertical use cases.
- Future-Proof Development: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning) to ensure our stack is ready for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-centric interfaces.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish rigorous guidelines and guardrails for AI decision-making to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is required.
- LLM Expertise: Proven track record of working with Transformer architectures, Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize model latency for production environments.
