Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging technologies and trends to drive product innovation.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AI model performance and computational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical strategies for long-term projects (e.g., 2026 vision).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
