Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Define technical roadmaps for integrating Generative AI agents into core business workflows.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to quantum-ready cloud environments.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists in best practices for ethical AI and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and high performance in edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) applications and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
