Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI integration and infrastructure upgrades leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines and data lakes.
- Lead a team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI) and assess their applicability to our ecosystem.
- Oversee code reviews, system architecture reviews, and ensure best practices in DevOps and CI/CD.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
