Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (GenAI 2.0, Spatial Computing, Quantum Readiness) that will define our product ecosystem.
- Trend Forecasting: Conduct in-depth analysis of global tech trends to predict shifts in the market landscape up to 2026.
- Talent Strategy: Partner with HR to build a future-ready talent pipeline, recruiting top-tier experts in AI, Robotics, and Ethical Tech.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technological concepts into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI, or Product Management within a high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends with a focus on long-term impact.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI architectures, machine learning lifecycles, and future tech hardware.
