Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap focused on AI and autonomous systems.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) into current workflows.
- Analyze market trends and competitor capabilities to identify strategic technology gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with business growth objectives.
- Oversee feasibility studies and pilot programs for high-risk, high-reward future tech projects.
- Mentor junior strategists and technical leads on emerging tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI, or Software Engineering leadership.
- Proven experience creating long-term strategic roadmaps, specifically looking 3-5 years into the future.
- Strong understanding of AI architectures, Machine Learning pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
